How We're Helping
Jaden House is a unique, specialist, transition service that forms a key stepping stone towards independent living for individuals who are either leaving an adult care team, coming out of children's services or leaving the family home.
Jaden also support individuals in residential care and may not be stimulated or may be stuck in a rut when they have the potential to develop.
The service provides a family type nurturing environment that is motivating and offers stability and structure with consistency. Jaden House promotes positive social interaction and encourage activities to be stimulating and effective through person-centred planning.
The staff team are professional and dedicated to promoting positive, effective communication and interaction skills that are consistent with the service to achieve results.
Moving On
Jaden House has finally said a heartfelt and emotional goodbye to TT this august. TT came to Jaden house 6 years ago and with support from the team, has worked her way through the ups and downs of transition to finally moving into a flat of her own. we would like to wish TT the absolute best for the future.
Cooking Easter Dinner
What a great thing to do. One of our Service users decided to take it upon herself to cook dinner for the rest of us this Easter sunday. And what a great job she made of it too!

The girls at Jaden House have made the most of the free time by getting involved in losts of different activities over the past few weeks. We've been painting eggs for Easter, painting Nails to feel glam! and walking in the local community to get our exercise.
